How a membership actually works

Annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly. Switch or cancel anytime — you control it from the customer portal.
We schedule the first visit
After checkout you get a short questionnaire — preferred days, gate codes, dogs. We confirm the slot within 1 business day.
Build a running list
Save items in your phone all month. We knock them out at the visit. Unused hours roll forward — no use-it-or-lose-it.
What members usually use the time for
The same kinds of jobs as our ad-hoc handyman service — just without re-quoting each time.
Bigger projects (full bath remodel, basement finishing, etc) still get a normal estimate — but members get 10% off the labor portion.
Questions
Can I cancel?+
Any monthly plan — anytime, prorated. The annual plan is fully refundable in the first 30 days, prorated for 60–180 days, and non-refundable after 6 months.
What happens if I don’t use my hours one month?+
They roll into the next month (one cycle rollover). After that the unused time expires — we keep this rule so the schedule stays honest.
Do you bring materials?+
For small consumables (caulk, screws, basic hardware) — yes, billed at our cost. For anything specific (a particular faucet, paint, fixture) we either pick it up beforehand or you supply it. Members get a discount on whatever we bring.
Where do you serve members?+
All 22 Greater Rochester towns within 25 miles. For locations beyond Penfield/Webster/Hilton, travel time may be billed for weekly plans.
Can two households share a membership?+
Not on the same plan — but a property manager can hold one plan per address. Talk to us if you own multiple rentals.
How is this different from just calling each time?+
Standing slot (no calendar back-and-forth), better hourly rate, materials discount, and a running list of small jobs that would never be worth scheduling separately.
