How much does a subscription cost?+

Every visit is a flat $250, so your plan price is just the number of visits a year (monthly works out to $250/mo, every 3 months to $1,000/yr, and so on). The scope per visit is set to your property — a small condo and a busy commercial building aren't the same plan — and we give you a clear number after a quick walkthrough.

Do you cover commercial properties?+

Yes. Offices, retail, restaurants, and rental or multi-unit properties — the subscription is built for ongoing commercial upkeep and turnover, not just homes.

What does a visit cover?+

Repairs, paint touch-ups, fixtures, caulking, and the running list of small jobs. Bigger projects still get a normal estimate — but subscribers get a discount on the labor.

Can I change cadence or cancel?+

Anytime. Move from monthly to quarterly, pause, or cancel — just tell us and we adjust. No long lock-in.

Where do you serve subscribers?+

All 22 Greater Rochester towns within 25 miles. For properties beyond the core area, travel time may be factored into the plan.
