The scope per visit is set to your property — a small condo and a busy commercial building aren't the same plan — and we give you a clear number after a quick walkthrough.
Do you cover commercial properties?+
Yes. Offices, retail, restaurants, and rental or multi-unit properties — the subscription is built for ongoing commercial upkeep and turnover, not just homes.
